How It Works
Minimum 3 Month Commitment
Designed to give both partners enough time to implement personalized protocols, optimize results, and build sustainable shared habits.
You will meet for one 60 minute session and one 30 minute follow up each month, with dedicated time for each partner to review progress, adjust protocols, and align routines.
