Jessica Mantell is the founder of NextGeneration Nutrition, a practice she established in 2019 with the mission of helping individuals achieve lasting wellness through root-cause, evidence-based nutrition. As a licensed dietitian and Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), she specializes in gut health, chronic disease management, hormone balance, and autoimmune conditions.
With advanced degrees from the University of Miami, Jessica combines a deep understanding of diet, functional medicine, and exercise physiology to uncover the root causes of health concerns. She has helped hundreds of clients heal from the inside out by staying at the forefront of research and applying science-backed nutrition strategies.

With a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and a background in exercise physiology, Sarah specializes in working with clients facing:

Jennifer Pond, M.S., CNS, is a clinical nutritionist who takes a comprehensive, whole-person approach to health and healing. She specializes in personalized, evidence-based nutrition strategies that address the root causes of health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms for women and children across all stages of life.
Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). Her advanced training allows her to integrate clinical nutrition science with holistic wellness principles, creating individualized protocols that support women’s hormone health, gut health, metabolic balance, fertility, prenatal and postnatal nutrition, and pediatric wellness, while promoting sustainable lifestyle change.
