Billing & Reimbursements

We are not in-network with insurance providers. However, if your plan covers out-of-network dietitians, we can provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement. We do accept HSA and FSA cards, which can be used toward all services and testing packages.

If you’d like to know if your plan qualifies for reimbursement, we’re happy to guide you just reach out!

Programs & Testing

Yes! Individual testing is available a la carte and includes a 1:1 review session with a dietitian.

Yes, select programs include testing as part of the package. Our Gut Health Program, Hormone Health Program, and Become a Pro Program all feature specialized testing, and the cost is discounted when bundled within the program.

Working Together

We make lab testing easy, even from a distance. Depending on the test, we’ll either:

  • Ship a kit directly to your home
  • Arrange a mobile phlebotomist
  • Send you to a local Quest Diagnostics lab

We’ll help you choose the best option based on your location and needs.

Absolutely. We work with clients across the U.S. and internationally via telehealth. All sessions are virtual, making it easy to get the support you need from anywhere. 

No matter where you are, we make your wellness journey seamless and connected.

We typically work with clients over a three-month period. This allows us to complete thorough assessments, review test results, implement customized nutrition and lifestyle protocols, and make adjustments along the way.

Afterward, you can continue with maintenance packages or schedule follow ups. We’re in this with you, step by step. Healing takes time, and we’re here for the long haul
