Ingredients

  • 1/3 Strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Green Tea Powder
  • 1/4 Water (hot)
  • 2 tsps Lemon Juice
  • 6 Ice Cubes
  • 3/4 Plain Coconut Milk (from the carton)

Notes

Leftovers: Best enjoyed fresh.
Serving Size: One serving is approximately one cup.
No Coconut Milk: Use other milk of choice.
No Maple Syrup: Use a sweetener of your choice.
Strawberry Texture: If you prefer no pieces of strawberries, purée them in a blender before pouring into the glass.

Directions

    In a small bowl, add the strawberries and maple syrup. Mash with a fork. Set aside.

    In another bowl, whisk together the green tea powder, hot water, and lemon juice until it becomes frothy.

    Add the mashed strawberries into a glass. Add the ice and coconut milk on top.

    Lastly, pour the green tea powder mix into the glass. Stir, taste, and add more sweetener if desired. Enjoy!
