Can you recommend where to buy the food?

Absolutely! We’re happy to recommend local and online grocery services, farmers’ markets, and high-quality food brands that align with your plan. If you’re looking for convenience, we can also point you toward healthy meal delivery companies we trust.

What if I have someone else cooking for me?

Perfect! If you have a private chef, housekeeper, or family member preparing your meals, we’ll provide a complete weekly menu and grocery list so they can cook exactly according to your personalized plan. We can even communicate directly with them if needed to ensure they understand the nutrition strategy.

Do you offer access to a chef or meal prep service?
